To get started please visit East Cleveland City hall with the following:
1- Valid Drivers License or State ID (18 years or old).
2- High School Graduation Certificate or GED.
3- Proof of Citizenships Legal Alien Status.
4- There is a $20.00 Application Fee.
5- After your application is processed there will be a standardized test.
