The plain dealer detailed the amount of increased traffic stops as they relate to the increase of quality of amenities in East Cleveland. the city of East Cleveland's residents have greatly benefited from these nuances in the form of increase city employement, significantly lower crime rate, increased general fund, and significantly lower traffic accidents. residual benefits will be that in the near future auto insurance agencies will recieve these statistics and auto insurance rates will decrease for East Cleveland Residents, also with the increased police presence East Cleveland busiinesses have begain to incur higher profits over the last few months.

EAST CLEVELAND-- So many times during his 11-day China trip with the Shaw High School marching band, Donshon Wilson felt like he easily could have cried.
He saw the look of awe in the band members' eyes as they toured the ancient Terra Cotta warrior statues, and the excitement on the faces of spectators as they watched the band from the East Cleveland school perform at the Great Wall of China. And he thought of all the friends and strangers back home who made the trip possible.
