The East Cleveland Finance Department is truly second to none. Director Ron Brooks leads a progressive team with Deputy Director Rachun Beene and purchsing manager Donna Garret. This carefully crafted team has worked long hours on city fiscal issues.
The mission of the Finance Department is to ensure that the Finance Department continues to operate at a high standard. To assist departments in understanding their finacncial statements and answer any questions that might arise. To find ways to increase our financial stability, through grants and other funds that might be available to the City of East Cleveland. Our goal is to assure you that the Finance Department is working diligently on behalf of the community and employees, in which we represent in the City of East Cleveland.
