The City of East Cleveland has taken a pro-active approach to emergency and disaster planning. Currently, the city is developing an all hazards Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). The most recent draft of the EOP is available for review and comment. The documents can be downloaded through the link provided below. Adobe Reader is required to view the plan.
